There are many methods and applications for screen capturing, but in this, we are going to tell you about a very easy way to capture the screen from a computer.

1st Method/idea for screenshot: -
When we do a task online or offline on our computer, sometimes it happens that we have to put some useful text or entire page as an image from the page appearing on the screen. In such a situation, there is an option to take a screenshot. Through which we can take the screenshot of whatever part of the page shown on the screen.

Now it is difficult to take a screenshot with the help of which software. So we are telling you that to take a screenshot, there is no need to install any separate application on the computer. An application named snipping tool is automatic on the computer for taking a screenshot.

With its help, you can take a screenshot to any page of your computer very easily. For this, following the few steps given below, you can take a screenshot very easily.

To open the Snipping Tool, first type Snipping in your computer's Start menu and you will see the Snipping Tool. Click on it You can open this application in any other way as per your wish.

Capture a Snip / Screenshot: -

Click the New button in the Snipping Tool to capture a screenshot

After that select the area you want to take a screenshot and leave it.

Now an extra page will open after automatic capture, in which there will be an option to save. Save it

Snipping Tool Timer option: -
By the way, with Snipping Tool you can capture any part of the direct page without delaying it. But a timer option is given in it. Using which you can take screenshots with a delay of 1 to 5 seconds.

For this, click on the Delay button and set as many seconds as you want from 1 to 5. After that whenever you take a screenshot, automatic capture will be done after that second.

If you have opened the screenshot application and are told not to take a screenshot, then you can turn that process off by clicking the cancel button.

2nd Method/idea for screenshot: -
Whenever you have to take lots of screenshots or want to take screenshots very easily through shortcut keys. So for this, we are going to tell you that the screenshot taken by you is saved by pressing the automatic Windows Key + Prt Sc and the screenshot is saved directly in the screenshots folder of Picture Library.

 This saves time and effort compared to the time taken to save by taking one screenshot each. Note that the screenshot captured by this shortcut key captures the full screen. This shortcut function can only take a screenshot in cable windows 8.1 pro and 10.
