To download E-Pan Card, you have to go to its website.
If your Pan Card is made by Nsdl then you click on this
site.

After going to its page, if you want to download with
Acknowledgment Number, then select it. Or if you want to download by PAN
Number, then select it.
Now you have to fill Aadhar number and date of birth.
Then tick the box and fill in the Captcha code below.
After that now have to submit.
Now you will get the option to pay. In which you have to pay
Rs.8.26.
Now your E-Pan will be downloaded.
Apply Online for Duplicate Pan Card.
For this, visit the Income Tax Department's site (https://Www.Tin-Nsdl.Com).
Now click on the option of PAN Reprint.
Now a new tab will open.

Enter your PAN details, Aadhaar number, and date of birth on
it.
Now after entering the captcha code, click on submit option.
After this choose one of the options between email and
mobile, where you have to ask for OTP.
Then click on Generate OTP option.
After that OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
and email id.
After entering the OTP, click on submit.
Now select the payment option, 'Verify Payment' to be
redirected to the payment gateway
To reprint PAN, you will have to pay Rs 50 (inclusive of
GST) as a charge.
After the payment is done, click on the generate and print
option to print the receipt.
After completion of all the processes, you will get an SMS
on your registered mobile number. In which there is a receipt number and link.
You will also be able to download the e-PAN card through the
link given in it.
